Delivery
Our company is quite flexible with regards to how our products are shipped. Given the size of our typical parcel, most are sent via UPS, Federal Express, or US mail. We will always make reasonable efforts to ship in accordance with your instructions, but all delivery dates are only estimates. In the instance that a delivery date is crucial to your requirement, we encourage you to work closely with our sales and support staff.
Returns
Returns will be accepted with our prior consent. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be assigned to ensure proper processing upon receipt at our warehouse.
Goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as 10% of the purchase price of the product.
Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods can not be credited.
Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the Buyer may incur a handling and restocking charge.
Acceptance of returns due to Buyer error will be at our discretion. Goods will only be accepted when we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
Warranty
Our company warrants products to conform in all material respects to the description of those products.
All warranties shall automatically terminate with respect to any products or goods which are installed, used, or operated, are altered or repaired in any manner not authorized by us.
Unless otherwise stated, all our products come with a 2 year repair/replacement warranty. All KVM switches come with a 3 year repair/replacement warranty. If the product fails to work
during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit as necessary. The warranty does not include damage to the unit that result from static discharge, power surges, accidents
(dropping, etc), disaster, acts of God, abuse, exposure to the elements, or unauthorized tampering with the unit. Our company shall not be liable for the cost, including labor costs,
handling, packaging, shipping replacement goods, products or for any other expense connected therewith or for any special, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim (including costs, litigation expenses, attorney fees and
other expenses) for personal injury to or death of any person or damage to property by whomsoever owned, to the extent caused by the acts or omissions of the Buyer, its agents or
employees arising out of or in any way relating to the sale, installation, use or provision of products or services hereunder which are not in accord with Seller specifications.
